Workflow

The step-by-step process our software development follows, from requirement to production.

We follow a step-by-step process that outlines the tasks and processes that take place during software development.

Software Engineer Workflow

  1. Analyze Requirement: System analyst analyzes requirements from the Business Division.
  2. Create Wireframe: System analyst creates a wireframe from the requirements and sends it to the Designer.
  3. Create Project Timeline: Manager creates an internal project timeline and splits it into modules and features.
  4. Task and Assignment: Manager assigns tasks to engineers.
  5. Development: Engineers develop modules and features.
  6. Create Test Plan: System Analyst creates a test plan for every module and feature.
  7. Developer Testing: Engineers test locally before pushing to the git repository.
  8. Merge Request: Engineers create a merge request in the git repository.
  9. Docker Build: Engineers build a Docker image and run a container in the development server for testing purposes.
  10. Code Review and Optimization: Reviewers review code in the git merge request and give recommendations to the engineer if needed.
  11. Manual QA Testing: System Analyst manually tests in the container and gives a bug list to the developer if needed.
  12. Need Changes?: If the code has no bugs and all reviewer recommendations were adjusted, then proceed to the next step.
  13. Build Docker Image: Manager builds a Docker image from the latest code merged to the main development branch.
  14. Final Test: System Analyst with Managers does a final test before client UAT and production.
  15. Deploy Production: Manager deploys to the production server and is ready to go live.

By following this workflow, we ensure that the software we develop meets the requirements of our clients and is delivered on time.
